Why work with a Personal Trainer?

How can I help?

I have experience in a number of areas. I’ve personally lost around 80lbs in weight and maintained that loss for over ten years. I’ve since trained for and completed triathlons up to Ironman distance, 24-hour relay races, mountain biking events, road cycling, obstacle course racing, running (from parkrun to marathon) and completed walking challenges such as the British Three Peaks and Everest Base Camp trek.
