Two is better than one
This is a great way to stay motivated. Working with a friend or partner allows you to feed off of each other’s encouragement or engage your competitive spirit – whichever works for you. You have someone there keeping you focused not just in the session, but between times.
In the same way that 1:1 sessions are tailored to your own goals and current fitness levels, so are these sessions. You should ideally be both working towards similar goals.
